You can get one too!! Just go to www.extrememakeoverblogaddition.blogspot.com and fill out the form (link is under the header)! Or if you just want 1 personalized item you can go to www.funtimedesign.blogspot.com and click on the 'custom items' button under the header and fill out that form! Either way works fine for me! :)
