Hey y'all. Lucia here. I am totally thrilled to be guest posting for the lovely Kendra while she is away, and before I move on I must tell you that she is an adorable girl, and her blog is just as cute. :)

Yesterday, I was sitting outside in the warm almost-summer sun, a pile of schoolwork beside me. I looked up from my term paper, at the flowers budding, at the warm breeze rippling the bird bath's water, at the flip flops on my...then back at the small mountain of books awaiting me. And I sighed. 

...Frankly, I was slightly depressed. Overloaded. School can do that to you sometimes. I mean, here it is, the seventh of June, and I still have six papers to write, countless lessons of math, and who knows how much Biology. Long story short, I was dwelling too much on the unhappy things in life, and forgetting about the things that I enjoy--ice cream, and Switzerland, and old movies, and God's unconditional love. 

Today, I was going to wrack my brain for something in-depth to share with you--like, contentment, or peace, or how important education is. :] But when I thought about it, I decided we I needed a little lift. Thus, for my guest post today, I will be making you a list of the things that make me happy. Just because I need to. And just because the bloggers that I enjoy are ones that can post about heart-tugging topics, but can also post randomly about the things they love. :)

• Pretty posters.

• Cupcakes.

• Paris.

• Horses.

• Cartoon Moustaches.

• Balloons.

 

• Cotton Candy

• Letters.

 

• Packages.

• Hot Chocolate.

• Ferris Wheels.

• Puppies.

• Pink things in general. 

• Occasional solitude.

• Friendship.

• Random cute things that make me smile.

..Wow. That made me feel better. And I like this guest-posting thing. It makes me feel like I'm visiting a friend's house, or something. Just...virtually. ;)
